Significant debut for the short film When The Band Passed By, by Maurizio Forcella. The short, produced by C.A.R.A.V. Audio-Visual Research Center and distributed by Premiere Film, was selected in the Italy Exported Competition and screened internationally on 19 October at 7.30 p.m. at the 13th edition of the San Diego Italian Film Festival, scheduled October 15-27, 2019.
